About the artwork
The picture shows a tondo (round picture) that seems to float in a grotto. In the center of the tondo there is a fantasy fruit, from the stem of which water flows into the foreground of the grotto. The fruit has features resembling a face (eyes, mouth, nose). In the open fruit there is a rock formation on which small trees grow. The water flows into the surrounding landscape and provides the basis for future life. The picture is framed (custom model frame) and signed and dated on the front and back
