About the artwork
In the center of the winter landscape is a snow-covered tree with birds. There is a face in the trunk and young green plants grow in a root cavity despite the cold season. This proud tree stands in front of a wintry white-blue landscape with other small trees. The frozen landscape makes the root cavity in the trunk of the tree, in front of which two birds sit, appear even more life-giving. The two birds still hesitate to approach the face. The painting has a custom-made model frame.
