About the artwork
In the center of the oil painting is a red fruit that grows out of the sky. This miraculous fruit – resembling a raspberry – is observed by a bird with its beak wide open and sitting in a hole in the ground. Because of the heavenly gift, the fruit has something divine. The painting has a custom-made model frame with applications of gold leaf. The painting is dated and signed on the front. The artist has also titled, dated and signed the painting on the back.
