About the artwork
In the center of the picture are two pumpkins, five quinces, light and blue grapes, plums and a honeydew melon. The simply painted landscape and the blue-gray sky in the background make the fruit and pumpkins appear very three-dimensional. The fruits and vegetables were painted in their original size. The painting has a custom-made model frame.
