About the artwork
This black and white oil painting is convincing despite the lack of color in its representation. Several fantasy trees stand in the fragile terrace landscape. The main protagonist is a large fantasy tree that has found a safe place on a terrace island. The individual curved strands of the tree trunk flow into the imposing treetop. The black and white contrasting gives the tree a certain lightness. The painting has a custom-made model frame and is titled, dated and signed on the back.
